DIY Holiday Snack Towers

We are right in the middle of the holiday season! Veggies, fresh fruits, cookies, cake bites, candies, cheese – all are perfect to put together quickly to share with drop-in friends and family.

Wanting a little different serving treatment, this idea popped up while rummaging through some old dishes. Mix or match! Whether they are from grandma’s cupboard or the thrift stores, these are easy and fun to assemble!

You’ll need

  • two plates, one smaller and one larger

  • A goblet, glass or cup – this makes the center of your snack tower

  • Glue (gorilla glue is our go-to at our house)

  • Marker

Directions

  1. Mark the center of the larger plate.

  2. Apply glue around marking.

  3. Set the glass or goblet upside down on the glue. Press down carefully. This makes the center height of the tower.

  4. Apply glue on the bottom of the upsidedown tower glass.

  5. Center the smaller plate on the glue-covered upside tower piece.

  6. Allow to dry.

Place your snack tower on your serving table. Fill the plates with snacks. Place a few pretty candles (battery candles are awesome and safe with little ones) around the tower and you are ready to start a party!

Enjoy!
