I looked up online to see what day January 13 is? At first, I noted what I thought was “Quilters’ Day. Excited, because I know some awesome quilters, I looked for more information.
Oh. It was “Quitters’ Day”. That could go either way. A person could quit a bad habit, or forsake a new year’s resolution.
Moving on, the first Friday the 13th of the year is considered “Blame Someone Else Day”.
That is even worse.
Instead, let’s call this Golden Milk Day! A change from hot chocolate or other hot beverages, Golden Milk can be a nice change of pace. If enjoyed about an hour before bedtime, Golden Milk is noted for a peaceful night’s sleep.
Other claims include reduced inflammation in painful joints, and a sense of calm.
