Tic-Tac-Toe Cake - Create Your Own Celebration Day!

1. Bake a 9X13 Box Cake – Your Favorite Flavor

2. Cool the cake

3. (You can leave it in the baking dish or you can flip it out onto a large, flat platter or piece of cardboard 2 inches bigger all around covered with aluminum foil)

4. Frost it with a Carton of Cool Whip or your Favorite Fluffy Frosting

5. Decorate the cake with lines of shoestring licorice

6. Decorate with candies to form X’s and O’s

7. Celebrate!
